Auction Services

Industrial Auction Services

Live webcast and online timed sales for manufacturers — from a single surplus machine to a complete facility. Auctioneering is part art, part science. We bring both.

Ways we sell your equipment

Live webcast auctions

A real auctioneer calls the sale in real time while every bidder participates online. You get the pace and competitive energy of a live event with a worldwide buyer pool, no gate and no crowd on your floor.

Online timed auctions

Lots close on a staggered timer over several days. Ideal when equipment sits in more than one plant — assets stay where they are, buyers bid where they are, and you avoid consolidating machines at one location.

100% online since 2020

We no longer run on-site sales. Every auction is conducted online, with scheduled inspection windows at the facility for buyers who want to see a machine before they bid.

Single machine to complete facility

We handle one surplus machine, a departmental cell, or a full plant closure with the same cataloging, marketing and settlement discipline.

Conducting a successful auction

Modern CNC machining and turning centers in a clean manufacturing facility

A well conducted sale that is properly promoted, advertised and set up increases your chances of the best possible result. The science answers the questions the art can’t:

  • Which day of the week produces the strongest online bidder turnout for your asset class
  • The lot order that builds momentum instead of losing it
  • How far ahead the catalog and brochures must land in buyers’ hands
  • What time of day each machine category should close or cross the block
  • Where the next advertising dollar returns $1.10 instead of $0.90

When the auction environment is finely orchestrated, the odds of a strong outcome go up every time.

How an auction comes together

Step 01

Assessment

We walk the facility, review asset lists, and give you a realistic recovery range and timeline.

Step 02

Catalog & photography

Every lot is tagged, photographed, described with model and serial detail, and loaded to the bidding platform.

Step 03

Targeted marketing

Email campaigns, trade journals, dealer outreach and the major auction portals — measured channel by channel.

Step 04

Sale day

Live webcast auctioneering or a staggered timed close, with clerking and bidder support that keeps the sale moving.

Step 05

Settlement & removal

Invoicing, payment collection, buyer coordination, and removal coordination to your deadline.
